This inspired me to spread this newfound confidence with others.
As an experienced trainer and online coach, I’ve seen all the ‘quick fixes’ and ‘band-aid’ approaches. But these don’t work. They can often leave you feeling worse than when you started. I’ve been there too. My program is different.
